2. Counter-Notice

3. Repeat Infringers

Sanatan Social may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with the DMCA, Sanatan Social is not liable for any content that is uploaded by users, nor does it control or moderate user-generated content. We act as a service provider, and our role is limited to complying with the DMCA and responding to notices of infringement.
