End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Sanatan Social
Effective Date: January 14, 2025
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sanatan Social ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Sanatan Social platform, including the website located at https://www.sanatan.social and its associated mobile applications (the "Platform" or "Services"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Platform.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanatan Social grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose without obtaining explicit written consent from Sanatan Social.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Sanatan Social. This Agreement does not grant you any rights or ownership in the Platform other than those expressly provided in this Agreement.
4. Updates and Modifications
Sanatan Social may, from time to time, provide updates or modifications to the Platform. Any updates or modifications will be governed by this Agreement unless separate terms are provided with the update. You acknowledge and agree that Sanatan Social may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue the Platform or Services at any time without notice.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Sanatan Social may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by notifying you or suspending access to the Platform. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and delete any copies you have made. Termination of this Agreement will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before termination.
6. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sanatan Social does not guarantee that the Platform will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanatan Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or related to the use of the Platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanatan Social, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sanatan Social operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to this Agreement
Sanatan Social reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. When we update the Agreement, we will post the revised version on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
